- Use the Service in any way that violates applicable Kenyan law or regulation.
- Submit false, misleading, or fraudulent property listings or inquiries.
- Attempt to gain unauthorised access to any part of the Service.
- Scrape, crawl, or systematically extract data from the Service without prior written consent.
3. Property Listings
EstateCRM provides property listings for informational purposes only. While we strive for accuracy, we make no warranty as to the completeness, accuracy, or currency of listing information. All property transactions are subject to independent verification and separate contractual agreements.
4. Intellectual Property
All content on this platform, including text, images, logos, and software, is the property of EstateCRM or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or redistribute content without our express written permission.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, EstateCRM shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service or reliance on any property information provided. Our total liability in any matter shall not exceed KES 10,000.
6. Third-Party Links
The Service may contain links to third-party websites. We are not responsible for the content, privacy practices, or terms of those sites.
7. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these Terms at any time. Continued use of the Service after changes are posted constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kenya. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Nairobi, Kenya.
